How to pay

Paying school fees, tracked properly.

Pay your school the way you already do — and see it reflected on your child's ledger, with a receipt, moments after your accountant logs it.

The process

From payment to receipt, in three steps.

1

Check what's owed

Your school shares the amount due for the term, broken down by fee type — tuition, levies, and any extras.

2

Pay your school directly

Bank transfer, cash, or whatever your school already accepts — pay the way you normally would.

3

Get your receipt

Your school's accountant logs the payment on FeesPay, and it's instantly reflected on your child's ledger — with a digital receipt for your records.

How schools record it

Every payment, logged the moment it's made.

Your school's accountant records each payment straight into FeesPay — no more waiting for it to show up in a paper ledger.
